Day 01:
Reach Calicut by train or Air. pick up from Railway or Airport.
Travel to Kalpetta by car and check in at the hotel and after fresh up and breakfast visit Edakkal caves. Etching found on the walls of these caves have drawn the serious attention of archaeologists and historians worldwide. Afternoon visit Soochippara waterfalls. Proceed back to your hotel/Homestay for the overnight stay. Overnight at the Hotel.
Day 02:
After breakfast trek to Chembra Peak with a packed lunch. At 2100 meters, the spectacular Chembra Peak located towards the southern part of Wayanad is the tallest summit in the region. Climbing this peak is a challenging mountaineering endeavor and would take a full day. Afternoon Visit Pookode Lake. Set in a beautiful valley and surrounded by evergreen forests and wooded hills, Pookode is one of Wayanad’s top visitor draws.Proceed back to your hotel for the overnight stay.Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03:
After breakfast drive to Lakkidi viewpoint. It will give you a fascinating view of Wayanad Pass and western ghats. After this spot move to Banasura Dam. Considered to be the largest earth dam in India. Afternoon visit Kuruva Island, The Kuruva Island with 950 acres of the evergreen forest lies on one of the tributaries of the Kabini. The island is home to various species of rare birds, orchids, and herbs.
Evening Depart back to Calicut Railway or Airport at 4.PM.
