Kanyakumari
Is located on the southern-most tip of India is where the Indian Ocean, the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea meet. The main attractions are Vivekananda rock and Thiruvalluvar Statue. Kanyakumari is the only beach in India where you can watch both sunrise and sunset.
Kovalam
has three beaches separated by rocky outcroppings in its 17 km coastline, the three together form the famous crescent of the Kovalam beach
Lighthouse Beach The southernmost beach, the Lighthouse Beach is the one most frequented by tourists, Lighthouse Beach got its name due to the old Vizhinjam Lighthouse located on a 35 meter high on top of the Kurumkal illock. The lighthouse is built using stones, is colored in red and white bands and enjoys a height of 118 feet.[4] It’s intermittent beams at night render the beach with an unearthly charm.
Hawah Beach Eve’s Beach, more commonly known as Hawa Beach, ranks second, in the early day, is a beehive of activities with fishermen setting out for sea. With a high rock promontory and a calm bay of blue waters, this beach paradise creates a unique aquarelle on moonlit nights.
Samudra Beach A large promontory separates this part from the southern side. Samudra Beach doesn’t have tourists thronging there or hectic business. The local fishermen ply their trade on this part.
proceed to Kanyakumari On the way visit the famous Padmanabhapuram palace at Thucklay. Reach Kanyakumari by 4 pm and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel
Day 2 – Early morning watch sunrise; do visit Vivekananda rock, The famous round fort etc. Evening watch sunset at the beach. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 3 –After breakfast check out and proceed back to Trivandrum.On the way visit Poovar and do boating. check in at a hotel in Kovalam by 3 pm Evening visit famous Kovalam beach.
Day 4 -early morning visit Padmanabha swami temple. After breakfast proceeds to Kappukadu and Neyyar Dam. Do rafting at Kappukadu. Return back to the hotel by 2 PM and relax. Evening visits Trivandrum city and returns back to the hotel by 8 PM. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5 –After breakfast checkout and proceed back to Airport
